Product Description Hooshing Micro Diaphragm Water Pump is a small yet powerful device that is widely used in various industries such as general industry equipment, farming, tour vehicles, ships, vehicle cleaning, carpet cleaning, ground cleaning, and water treatment equipment.

Basic Information This water pump operates on a DC12V voltage with a maximum power of 60W. It has a maximum flow rate of 5L/min and a minimum pressure of 0.42mpa, with a maximum pressure of 0.8Mpa. The pump can achieve a maximum vertical suction stroke of 59 inches and a maximum head of 164 feet. It is a pressure type pump with the maximum pressure preset at the factory and cannot be adjusted during use. The motor will automatically stop if the outlet is completely blocked and will resume when the outlet is open.

Details The pump features a 1/2" male thread for easy installation and can be paired with an adapter with 1/2” female thread. The inlet and outlet directions should be carefully noted, and the spring and screw components are made of stainless steel wire for durability. The motor pressure plate and pump cover are constructed from high-strength PPS plastic, ensuring pressure resistance and leak prevention.

Installation Sketch The pump is easy to install and use, but please note that it does not come with a power adapter, tube, or filters. The motor is equipped with double roller bearings for smooth and stable rotation, and the copper wire construction ensures a long lifespan.

Additional Information The pump is suitable for use with liquids that are non-oily, non-corrosive, non-acidic or alkaline, and free of solid particles. It is completely sealed for high pressure stability and strong drought resistance, making it ideal for various applications such as experiments, watering plants, garden spraying, and aquarium pumping.

Please be aware that the power adapter/plug, filter, and tube are not included with the pump. The motor will automatically shut off if the outlet is blocked, and will restart when the blockage is removed. There is no switch on the pump for manual operation.
